Who can get support under the "Świętokrzyskie - good neighborhood for the integration of foreigners" project, including the INTEURO.INFO Good Neighborhood Map program?

Foreigners who are not EU citizens, legally staying in the territory of the Republic of Poland, according to the rules of the Act of 12 December 2013 on foreigners (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2206, as amended):

Children of the above-mentioned persons (who are not EU citizens) born on the territory of the Republic of Poland. All other children are subject to the conditions in points 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 respectively.

Foreigners who submitted an application for a residence permit for a fixed period under the abolition procedure, and currently staying in the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a stamp, who:

Foreigners who stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland under the visa-free regime.

Foreigners who are not EU citizens, staying in the territory of the Republic of Poland, who are in the process of obtaining a permit for legal residence in Poland.
NOTE - support for these people is limited to help in obtaining legal residence.

Spouses, ascendants and descendants of persons belonging to the groups 1-4 as well as 7 and 8, to the extent that is necessary for the effective implementation of activities, including citizens of Poland or other European Union countries.

Persons who are not EU citizens, legally staying in the territory of the Republic of Poland, who have applied for:
and obtained an imprint of a stamp in the travel document confirming the submission of the application for a permit.
Foreigners who submitted the above-mentioned the application, but have not received a stamp in the travel document, can only benefit from support limited to assistance in obtaining legal stay in Poland (see point 5 above). They can use full support from the moment they obtain a stamp on the travel document.

Foreigners who are not EU citizens, legally staying in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 July 2006 on the entry into the territory of the Republic of Poland, residence and departure from this territory of citizens of the European Union Member States and their family members (Journal of Laws No. 2006 No. 144 item 1043):
- on the basis of the right of residence for a period longer than 3 months (Art. 18) or the right of permanent residence (Art. 43).

From January 1, 2021, British citizens legally staying in Poland.

on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: RODO), in order to document the provision of assistance and the operation of the implemented project. The acquired data can be made available for monitoring, reporting and auditing of the implemented project only to entities authorized to carry out the above-mentioned activities.
Each person has the right to access their data and correct them. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to obtain support under the project.
